Inspirational Women Launch

The Inspirational Women’s launch was on Friday 14th September at the Hilton Hotel in Sheffield. Over 140 women attended representing all sectors of the city – public, private and voluntary.

There was a real buzz to the event and absolutely no shortage of ideas and contributions for future network happenings – inspirational speakers, company visits, team events, golf days, work shadowing, workshops, personal training, duck herding even were all suggested.

The events for 2008 were a huge success, with speakers including Dragons' Den Rachel Elnaugh, motivational speaker and negotiation expert Derek Arden, and investment expert Justin Urquhart Stewart.

We’re busy putting all this into a schedule of events for the months ahead, the next event being 'Great Guns Meet Young Guns!' A highly inspirational and exciting event at the Lyceum Theatre on May 20th 2009.
